Our opening hours are as follows:
- Monday: 08:00 – 12:00 and 15:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday: 08:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00
- Wednesday: 14:00 – 17:00
- Thursday: 08:00 – 11:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 13:00
Hours may vary on public holidays or during practice closures (holidays); any changes are always shown on the website.

For a better service, please call us in advance even in urgent cases so that we can arrange a same-day urgent appointment. This allows us to reserve an optimal treatment time for you and keep waiting to a minimum.

Please bring your health insurance card, any previous medical records, recent laboratory results and a list of the medication you take regularly.
Repeat prescriptions and referral requests can be made online or by phone. They are usually ready for collection the next working day.
During holiday periods, we list the covering doctors on the website. In an emergency, you can contact the out-of-hours medical service on 116 117.
Insurance & costs
We treat patients with statutory (GKV) and private health insurance. All major health insurers are accepted.
In addition to services covered by health insurance, we also offer individual health services (IGeL) such as special check-ups, advanced diagnostics, PRP treatments and specific certificates.

Yes, for patients who cannot come to the practice, a home visit can be arranged. Please call us to arrange an appointment.
Yes, we issue sick notes (AU) and other medical certificates following an appropriate examination.
Yes, we provide standard vaccinations, boosters and specific vaccinations for international travel.
Yes, we take blood samples for laboratory tests, both for routine checks and for specific diagnostics as medically required.
Yes, we offer preventive check-ups for different age groups, such as the health check from age 35 and screening for diabetes, cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Yes, we care for patients with chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD) through regular monitoring programmes (DMP – disease management programmes).
Yes, we issue medical certificates for sports, travel, fitness for work and driving-licence renewal.
Yes, we offer individual advice on vaccinations and health prevention for international travel.
Accessibility & special services
Yes, access to the practice is also ensured for people with disabilities. A lift provides easy access to our premises.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses the patient's own blood for the natural regeneration of skin, hair and tissue. The treatment takes 30-45 minutes and involves no downtime.
